Poor Esau.
Used to be you sold your birthright, you got your name in the Bible. Now they're giving it away on street corners.
I don't entirely get the contemporary meaning though.m
I'll put up a fuller version of the picture later. The sign is in the window of a store whose wares purport to include genuine ancient coins -- at a bargain price!
