Niether phase in the life of these chickens is exactly what I'd call enviable.

Seana, life is but a thing of a moment for chickens, I guess. Thanks.
And Seana yes, the chicken image lacks the clarity and resolution of the others.
Adrian, I second the thanks. I'm using a cheap GE digital camera. The only reason I'd want a better one is that higher-resolution photos could better survive being blown up.
I bought the camera cheap in Edinburgh -- appropriate, since. thrift is a virtue highly esteemed by the hearty citizens of the Scottish nation.
