So tell us, does he live up to his name?
And does Dave Bing, mayor of Detroit. Detroit makes Philly look pretty damned solvent.
Marco, part of the joy is that he made his name as a somber technocrat and has lived up to that role. The humor works on two levels.
Bing is no doubt a better basketball player than Michael Nutter, though. Nutter may be a good ballhandler, but he's a pretty short guy.
Our two representatives Lupi (Lupo ) and Ratti (Ratto ),are always gnawing at the Mayor and his cohorts in the City Council.
Our Nutter is not beset with rats and wolves.
