Veterans Day

I recently threw a bouquet at In Reference to Murder. Today, I was impressed again. In honor of Veterans Day in the U.S., the site offers a list of crime novels with veterans as protagonists, grouped by war from the Civil War through the Gulf War. You'll also find biographies of a few prominent crime writers who served in the military or whose protagonists did. The post makes enjoyable reading and might help you think about certain books, authors and characters in a new way.
